>PLEASE NOTE: If scheduling more than 1 appointment type (example: Chiropractic & Dry Needle back-to-back), it is often best to directly contact for scheduling as Dr. Erin has 2 different types of treatment rooms. You can directly contact via text or call: #262-290-8399. If an unsuitable booking occurs, Dr. Erin will contact you to get your appointment rescheduled.

>PLEASE NOTE: Online scheduling combines both of Dr. Erin’s treatment rooms into one schedule. There is sometimes more availability than what is shown online. For ex: if a patient is receiving high intensity PEMF therapy (a passive therapy) in one room, Dr. Erin is able to schedule an active therapy (Chiropractic, Shockwave, Dry Needle, etc.) in her other room. But the online schedule is not going to show this. If looking for a specific day/time and it is not available, Dr. Erin may be able to accomodate, but must directly contact via text/call or email to schedule.

>NOTE: For maintenance patients who need to be seen within a certain frequency (ex: 1x per month or 1x every other month), it is recommended to schedule in advance so you get the day/time you want. There are active care patients that need seen for acute problems 1-3x per week, so waiting the day of or week of to schedule is often too late to be able to get the day/time you prefer.

>>PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF DR. ERIN’S TIME & OTHER PATIENTS’ TIME (if just 2-3 patients are 8 min. late it sets Dr. Erin’s schedule back 25 minutes or more, this greatly disrupts Dr. Erin’s schedule & impacts ALL remaining patients for the day)
